Deliveries:

We currently work with Royal Mail for UK deliveries.

We offer standard and next day delivery. All items will be tracked for the most secure delivery. Tracking information will be emailed once sent.

Tracked 48 Hour Delivery - £5.99

Next Day Delivery (Order by 2pm on Friday) - £9.99

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We also ship to EU, USA and UAE. We use a range of trusted delivery partners, the carrier may vary depending on your location.

USA & UAE - £30

European Union - £20

Please note that all applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. There will be no additional charges on delivery.

Delivery times are estimates from the time of dispatch and are not guaranteed. While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to courier services, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control. Next day delivery applies only to orders placed before 2pm on working days. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Returns:

As we are a new online platform we currently do not offer free returns, however we do offer returns within 7 days. The item must be in the same original condition, no damage, no removal of tags, or perfume smell. If we feel the item has been used of any kind we will not accept the return.

If you wish to return the item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to begin the process.

Refunds: 

We aim to refund returned items within 7-10 days.

Warranty:

Unfortunately we do not offer warranty on our products as a lot of our items are handmade and incredibly delicate we cannot be responsible for how they have been handled once they have been received by our customers.

We also want to emphasise products that consist of delicate items such as diamantés , crystals, sequins and fur. Will naturally shed even with light use, this is the nature of the products and is unavoidable.  However as a company we do always like to assist in anyway that we can to help our customers therefore if the product is massively altered either before or with light use please get in touch as we do review more significant shedding on an individual basis.
